NUEVOS YACIMIENTOS CON ARTE RUPESTRE EN ALBACETE: LOS ABRIGOS DEL CORTIJO DE SORBAS III (LETUR), BARRANCO DE LOS BUITRES (NERPIO) Y ARROYO DE LOS COVACHOS II (NERPIO)

RESUMEN 

Presentamos en este artículo el estudio realizado de tres nuevos yacimientos con arte rupestre prehistórico recientemente descubiertos en Albacete.
En los conjuntos levantinos de Cortijo de Sorbas III (Letur) Y Arroyo de los Covachos II (Nerpio) documentamos sendas escenas de caza,. destacando la de Covachos II por ser el único testimonio hasta el momento constatado de una cacería efectuada con piedras.
Por su parte, en el abrigo esquemático de Barranco de los Buitres encontramos representado un único trazo vertical.

ABSTRACT           

In this article we present a study carried out on three new prehistoric cave art sites recently discovered in Albacete.
In the group of levantine art such as "Cortijo de Sorbas III (Letur)" and "Arroyo de los Covachos II (Nerpio )" we report some hunting scenes, outstanding the one from los Covachos II for having been fue latest sampIe on stone-made hunting scenes so far.
On the other hand, in fue schematic shelter from fue "Barranco de los Buitres (Nerpio )" we find a representation with an only vertical line.
