RESUMEN 

Historia de la FUENTE-FAROLA que en 1916 se erigió en la hoy Plaza Gabriel Lodares, en homenaje a don Dionisio Guardiola Porras. Se trata de su construcción, descripción, diversos lugares donde estuvo emplazada y guardada, diferencias entre la actual y la primitiva. Finalmente se hace una reseña biográfica de las personas que participaron en su construcción y del homenajeado.

ABSTRACT           

History of the Streetlamp Fountain that in 1916 was erected in the today ralled "Gabriel Lodares" Square, as a tribute to Mr. Dionisio Guardiola Porras. It is about its construction, description, differernt places where it was located and kept, differences between the present one and the original. Finally there are brief biographical outlines of the people who participated in its construction and of the person we are paging homage to.
